  • Q1: How to upgrade my program to the latest version?

    We don't charge for program updating. So if a new version has released, you are free to download and update from the old one. Your license code is always available.

  • Q2: "Sorry, the initialization of the flip book failed. Please make sure that the files exit"?

    If you try to upload your generated flipbook but receive a message telling "Sorry, the initialization of the flip book failed. Please make sure that the files exit", then two aspects you should concern about:
    1. Make sure you have uploaded All the output files, HTML, SWF, "files" and "mobile" folders(if  you have selected Mobile Version output). Don't leave any of them.
    2. You are not allowed to visit "files/book.bin" file. Go for a permission so that you can upload and view the page flipping book with ease.

  • Q3: Can you please advise why download button is not working?

    "I couldn't download anything after converting my book even I have enabled the download function. Would you please tell me why?"
    To successfully enable the download feature, go to "Tool Bar Settings" - "Download Setting" and input the right download URL.
    Outputting exe or zip format book allows readers to download and read your book offline. First export your ebook as exe or zip format then enable the download function in Flip PDF, input relative links as Download URL, create HTML format book then once again upload all files online. Now when people try to download your flipping book, they will be able to download exe or zip format.

  • Q4: When and how do I get my license code after ordering?

    A license code or URL download link will be sent to the mailbox that you have provided after your order is processed. When you get the license code, type it and unlock the trial version.

  • Q5: How can I get my lost register key?

    You can get your order detail back from the order center. What you need to do is just to enter your email address, log in and view your license key.

  • Q6: Can I get an Invoice for my order?

    If you paid with a credit/debit card, please follow these steps to obtain a printable receipt of purchase: 
    1. Go to https://cs.mycommerce.com/ 
    2. Enter your E-Mail Address 
    3. Then enter the Order Number - or - the Last 5 Digits of Credit Card Number, Expiration Date and Transaction Date 
    4. Click "Submit"
    5. Click on the Order ID to view your invoice.

  • Q7: What is your refunds policy?

    Flip Program is a "What You See Is What You Get" software. If you buy our software and find it is not what you expect or you change your mind within the first 30 day of your purchase. You can cancel the order within that time and request a refund from our customer service. One customer can only propose one time for the 30-day limited money back guarantee and money will be returned to the original account.
