• Q1: I cannot open the recovered files with software program applicable to the type of the file recovered. Why?

  Maybe your files were overwritten by other data. In this case there is no way to retrieve the data. However, it will be better if you can tell me some detailed information: The model of your Android, the Android OS version and the system OS so that I can have a better understanding of your case.

• Q2: I did all the steps after downloading the program and it said that my device failed to connect. What can I do?

  As for your case, please do as following steps to fix it: 
  1. Please make sure you download the latest version of the program.
  2. Please keep your device powered on and USB debugging enabled
  3. Re-plug your USB cable to connect the device.

• Q3: How to root my android devices?

• Q4: I tried to click the "Recover" button but only got some of my messages back, Why?

  Could you please tell me more detail about your Android device like phone model, Android OS, Windows OS and give me the screenshot of the interface. And we will work out this.

• Q5: My phone was factory reset and I can't find the lost file, what can I do?

  It is possible that your Android is overwritten and if our program can't find your data, I am sorry that nothing we can help because once the file is overwritten, the previous data are deleted and can never come back. By the way, remember to back up your the data frequently so as to lessen the loss that losing data cause.

• Q6: The software only found those contacts that already in the phone book. These contacts have the name but the numbers are no there. What should I do?

• Q7: Does Android Recovery software have a Mac version?
