How to Remove Keyloggers

If you are being spied by a keylogger and don't know how to get rif of it, we will teach you step-by-step of removing a keylogger. Step 1 – Download and install a keylogging detection software on the infected computer. This kind of program scans your computer hard drive for log files generated by keylogger and alert the user of the threat but won't remove the keylogging program.

Step 2 – Accept the EULA (End-user license agreement) and turn off open programs on your computer.

Step 3 – Log out the computer’s anti-virus software and the click the "Next".

Step 4 – A list of operations provided by the detecting keylogger program such as chatting, writing email, entering text in Notepad etc.This aims to detect keylogger's activity by deceiving the keylogger into saving information to the computer. So in this step, don't save anything while scanning.

Step 5 – Ensure you don't "Save" or "Open" menu options in Notepad while scanning the Keylogger.

Step 6 – Download and install an anti-keylogger program to remove the keyloggera after it has been detected.

Step 7 – Restart the computer and fully scan your computer.

Step 8 – Remove the keylogger from quarantine area after the anti-malware program has isolated the kelogging program.

Step 9 – Restart the computer and the keylogger should have been removed.

Step 10 – Choose a good anti-spayware program. Consider also whether the program is compatible with Windows firewall and the anti-virus software installed on your computer.
